Friends of Chorleywood  Signal Box ("The Association") ("us", "we", or "our") operates https://chorleywoodsignalbox.co.uk (the "Website"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Website.

We use your Personal Information for providing and improving the Website, for Membership applications and for communications with Members about the activities of the Association. By using the Website, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We use Google Sites, Google Forms and Google Sheets which are parts of Google Workspace for this Website.

While using our Website, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name ("Personal Information").

Our membership form collects name, email, address, postcode, phone number (optional) and your responses indicating how you would like to be involved with the association.    

The information we hold will only be accessed by a Committee Member for the purpose of carrying out the above duties as part of their role as a Committee Member of the Association and only Committee Members shall have access to the list of members.

Communications

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information.

We may record your Personal Information in our Membership Register.  We do this so we can contact you with e.g. details of the Annual General Meeting, invitations to renew your membership, and other news concerning the Association.

Who we share your data with

We will not share your information with any third parties.

What rights you have over your data

You have a right to access, modify and delete the personal information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please contact us.
